About the Position

We're looking for tech enthusiast professionals who want to grow with us! As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, your main challenges are:
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes to find qualified professionals;
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategie;
  • Proactively hunt for professionals through LinkedIn and other social media;
  • Represent Azion's culture and promote the company's brand to candidates;
  • Use tools and analytics to optimize the recruitment process;
  • Stay updated on best practices and market trends in Talent Acquisition.

Requirements
  • Over 2 years of experience in recruiting technology professionals;
  • Experience in hunting professionals through LinkedIn and other social media;
  • Knowledge of the technology professional market;
  • Ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or related fields;
  • Advanced English.

Desirable Qualifications 
  • Knowledge or experience with Looker;
  • Knowledge of trends in the Talent Acquisition area;
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish.

FlexWork Model
